Step 2 – After washing your face, take a steam bath for 5 to 10 minutes to open up your pores and encourage the appearance of blackheads or whiteheads on the uppermost layer of skin, allowing for their removal during the exfoliation procedure.

Step 3 – Exfoliation, also known as scrubbing, is a procedure used to remove any blackheads, whiteheads, or dead skin cells that develop on the top layer of skin after using a sauna. A light scrub is advised for this procedure. Please Note: People who have acne or pimples on their skin shouldn’t exfoliate their skin because doing so can aggravate or burn the acne.

• Do not use RO/Filter water as it stops the steam generation process. Always Use Normal Tap Water.
